There has been this controversy over Jesus Christ being portrayed as a white man in Europe, when Christianity was introduced to the continent despite the fact that the indigenous peoples of Europe are white. But why does that matter? Surely wasn't his crucifixion and his resurrection to save mankind from their sins more important?
